DAILY TO DO LIST
Hydrate yourself all day with water and sports drinks
Proper diet - Stay away from processed foods, carbonated drinks, etc
Be studied - Have strength academically
Be rested - Have a regular sleeping pattern
Go through your stretching routine
Practice your instrument/equipment. Proper breathing, warmup, fundamentals, region music
Hear yourself playing your show music at least twice a day
Review musical and visual material

Update - 08/30/10 Red Polo Shirts
Attention parents and supporters! Many of you have asked about the red polo shirts that were sold at the first UCO. They should be here soon. Anyone who wishes to place an order, contact Terri Vickers at (817) 319-6955. Please note that a pdf file of the order form is coming soon!
Update - 08/28/30 Student Flower Fundraiser
Pansy/Poinsettias fundraiser will begin 09/13/10 to 09/27/10. In October, for poinsettias sales ONLY, the dates are 10/25/10 to 10/29/10. All students are encouraged to participate. Mrs. Mary Cliborn will be the lead contact for this fundraiser. The brochures will be available on 09/13/10 in the band hall, with more specific instructions. All funds raised will go towards the 2011 Spring Trip. Let's make this trip a success!

Update - 08/25/10 Two Local Restaurants to Work With the Mighty Warrior Band During This Marching Season to Raise Money
Chik-fil-A: Parents, if you dine at the Carrier Pkwy from 2:30pm until closing on Friday's game day, Chik-fil-A will donate a percentage back to the band. Just say you are there to support the best band in town...the South Grand Prairie Mighty Warrior Band! Be sure to let your friends and family know!
Chili's: Off I-20 across from the UA Theater. Chili's will donate a percentage of your meal during the following HOME GAMES: Sept. 3 and 24; Oct. 8, 15, & 29; Nov. 5. Please see the below pdf file for the flier that you must take with you to Chili's for each corresponding game night. The fliers will change for each of the home games so that the dates match for that week. Don't forget to check back and print the correct flier for that game day. Please note the dates above are HOME GAMES ONLY. Chili's will accept the flier anytime on that game day and the Warrior Band receives a percentage total band supporter meals!

The Band Fans is truly a family organization and without the support of the Band Fans, our Warrior Band could not be as successful as it is. Click below for a membership form. Remember, it is only $10 join for the entire family.
